This felt tough compared to the last couple of long runs i've done with the team. Pretty pleasant though, especially along the Bandicoot track. Second Breakfast after felt well deserved and it was grand that Troy and Clara showed up. I walked home with Troy and Clara after the run via the duck lake so Patrick could feed the ducks.

I was going to do a longer run, but by the time i got to Lodge Track i knew that it wasn't going to happen. Still it was a lovely run on a nice cool morning. Saw a fox and grumpy old pink man who just said "hhmph" when I said "G'Day" on a beautiful Australia Day morning.
