A nice run to make me feel more human because i was a good boy and made dairy and soy free pancakes. Ran the whole way up Melville Gully Road, and was bemused by the two Lillys placed in each of the potholes in the road. Managed to not get too wet and only caught the end of the main shower that came through.

Fern took here Mountain Bike, Nanna took the kids (And Great Grandma) so i took my feet for a little trot around the forest. Wasn't a roaring pace, but was pleasant.
