This was SUCH a mental run for me. My legs were tired! (just as you said they should be) :)

First 45: 4.60 mi at 9:42s
Second 45: 5.09 mi at 8:50s

My Garmin GPS is crap in even a few trees. I have no idea if this info is correct. I think I was faster and went longer. I think my 2nd lap of 45 was closer to 8:30s.

HR is great around 160-165 - This is where I ran Tiger FA. Once I get to 175, my body starts to hurt. 175 is a 8:00-8:15 pace for me on fairly flat (on a good day).

Was supposed to do Neg Split here, however, my low back was hurting for a couple days. Must have eaten something but not sure. Decided to hold off a day. Did Neg Split on Saturday and doing long run on Sunday.
Back feels GREAT today - Sunday - so it was a smart move to hold off.
