My Garmin GPS is crap in even a few trees. I have no idea if this info is correct. I think I was faster and went longer. I think my 2nd lap of 45 was closer to 8:30s.
HR is great around 160-165 - This is where I ran Tiger FA. Once I get to 175, my body starts to hurt. 175 is a 8:00-8:15 pace for me on fairly flat (on a good day).
