Long O Series 2, on Carlingford. From winsplits I lost 7 minutes or so overall so not a great run... Pretty sure one of the mistakes was in the same area that I made a mistake while at the Leinster Champs last year

Spring Cup in Castle Ward, nice and sunny :) 2 hours sleep wasn't exactly the best preparation...
1- Was a bit confused trying to find the triangle on the map.
2- Went too far left hit 11.
3- Bit slow getting there.
4- Spent a bit of time being polite...
5- Went on the wrong side of the hill.
6- Messed up a bit in the forest, was on the wrong ditch.
7- Took the path route, which seemed to be the right way to go :0
8- Easy peasy
9- Easy enough
10- Think I took the right route choice, wasn't sure which side of the reen to go...
11 - 13 easy enough, caught Harry on the way to 11.
Messed up on the finish, how embarrasing...

Good run but dehydrated and knackered.

Did the 10km run down past Kanes, and towards Spa. Dad was with me on the bike, stayed pretty bright. Did the 10km in 45:51.

Thursday Feb 24, 2011 #

Run hills 38:25 [5] 7.18 km (5:21 / km)
shoes: Asics Patriot 3

Doing hill reps on Sammy Walkers Hill 7x. Was with James and Dad was on the bike, finished the hill reps and then I headed the long way home. Was meant to push hard but my legs were pretty sore, high intensity but I wasn't moving the quickest :)
