Again a lightish run -good warm up then ran a few gentle hills to see how calf mucle went. Seemed ok during the run but feels a little wierd now - about 4 hrs later. Will visit physio tomorrow
Short jog to see how legs were recoverying from Saturday. I'm a little worried about my left calf which tightened up 2hrs into Saturday's event - Possibly more damage to the calf torn in Qld last Sept.
