First day with the HR. Focused on 70-80% of max while keeping 18-20mph avg.

River to PCH, down to Newport Coast and back. No climb today but will start adding that in next week.

Too hot at night and sleeping like crap. Looking forward to morning workouts helps the fatigue.

Mesa Verde loop to Adams. Down to the river trail and back to Moon Park. Solid pace but it was a pretty flat run. On the bike bright and early tomorrow.

Getting back into running sucks. 4mi and I feel like crap. Time for a bath to get some of the Lactic out.
