Good rest last night and a great ride today. Loving the new machine.

Solid pace line out the river trail, South PCH and Back Bay. Out Uni to Shady Cyn trail and up Shady Cyn hill to the bike trail. Up to Bonita Cyn and Climbed NC. Great decent and pace lined back up PCH to the river trail.

Time for some pool and a corona.
