ahr:152 max:174 slept:8.0 weight:172lbs shoes: Sidi Dominator

Felt great!!! Left work a little early and worked on buckling down on the climbs. Took Alton out to shady cyn and climbed up for a nice decent down the bike trail and out to newport coast. Took the back side and worked on keeping the HR around 165 with good tempo. Nice decent down SJ to the back bay and back to work.

Swim day tomorrow and another ride Sunday.

Flat ride out to CDM and still felt like garbage. Need the recovery day but don't know if I'll get it on a plane to NY.

Running tempo 28:32 [3] 3.5 mi (8:09 / mi)

Crappy run. Super tired this morning and forgot my liners. Had to cut the run short before the chaffing caused my nuts to catch fire. Let's hope the gym goes better this afternoon.

Cycling hills 1:24:36 [4] 25.65 mi (3:18 / mi) +646ft 3:13 / mi
shoes: Sidi Dominator

Good set of hills. Turtle Rock and then up to NC. Keep building on the week rides so that weekend mileage can be pushed to 50-60.

Good tempo/cadence given that I was solo. Felt really good on NC.

Weights/Core 45:00 [4]

35 minutes of weights and core. Working on shoulders, arms and back so that I don't have the same fatigue on the bike. Worked on core with some crunches, rocks and ball work.

10 minutes to stretch out the back and legs from Saturday's ride.
