OCV ride with the Terps...

HB to Laguna Canyon then up to Quail Hill and up Shady Cyn. Rest at SC gate and then out to Culver and up Newport Coast. Down SJ to the Back Bay for a recovery to PCH. 6 of us attack Simple Green from Dover to Main Street. COOKED!!!!

Bad Wind and super hot for a beach ride.

Out the river with a nasty cross wind and south on PCH to Dover. Up to Westcliff and around Dover shores to Back Bay. All the way back around with what seemed to be a head wind the entire time and back up and home.

Off to seattle tomorrow for a day trip and looking forward to a Thursday morning ride when I get back.

Still moving the distance up each day. Want to find a good 1hr 3000yd work out. Need to work in some pace work too. 100's need to get to 1:15 comfortably.
