orienteering race 1:11:11 [4] 8.22 km (8:40 / km) +300m 7:19 / km
shoes: jalas o-shoes

leinster champs in carlingford.was really dissappointed with my run as was selection for eyoc and didnt make it.
2 - lost 1min came in slightly high
3 - lost 2mins came up short
at 8 i was 15secs down on lead until i screwed up the last controls...
9 - lost 2mins was too hesitant and came up too short
10 - lost 2mins started to panic after 9 and overshot
11 - lost 16mins knew my chance was slipping away and panicked and dropped too low and went everywhere but the control
12 - had given up at this stage and was completely demoralised so i lost a few mins but didnt care....
really dissappointed with my run and that im not going to eyoc but the others deserve to go....

hurdles training after school on the roof. was mainly technique and hip moblilty and finished with hurdling them. supposed help improve my steeple technique and should help me in steeple chase....

session in alsaa cos there was a sporting fingal match in santry. did 6x300m and 6x200m with 300 then 200, 300 etc.
