i felt i had a decent run today. my aim was to get used to 1:15000 and have a clean run. i slowed my pace down which helped eliminate mistakes but i did make 1 or 2 small mistakes.....
2 - lost 30secs around circle
4 - lost the guts of 2mins going off my bearing from 3
the rest of the course went well. was hesitant on the downhill legs, keeping it clean. it was a bit slow but it was clean so i was happy for once with my run :)

all ireland inter club xc in santry. didnt have a good run and didnt feel well throughout. i eat too much before and could feel a stitch coming on all through the race so i didnt push as much as i would have liked. it was a tough race, the longest xc i have run and was dissappointed with my run....i finished 46th and team was 5th..

nice run around dcu grounds round by the hills and back home
back loosened out at the start but got sore towards the end.....not recovered fully yet.
