It felt awesome to get back in my training regiment today. My body is finally coming around again and recovering from my sickness I got last week. Although, I'm excited to be back I'm going to take it a bit easy this week and keep my intensity a little low as I'm on antibiotics and have a pinched nerve in my shoulder. But I'm very anxious about getting in shape again!
