super casual ride around QA and along the shore. discovered the hidden route to the smith cove. ride was a little crummy at first (primarily due to still being slightly hungover from last night...) but was much better at the end. bike up dravus was hard - walked 1/3 of it (1st leg, then up 11th, biked the rest but did stops).

it was good to get back on my bike. i was a little nervous riding through Lower Queen Anne - but that worked out ok.

i thought it was a 60 minute class, it was 105. and it kicked my ass -- and it was INTRO to yoga class! i think my legs were tired from cycling. so much sweating. yoga is insanity.

jogged around greenlake -- 1st time in a bit and it was good. i felt better than expected, even with it being kinda warm (and lovely).
