10 minutes before the class i didn't want to go, and thought to myself "well it will be warm and I can take a nap." Instead, it was one of my best classes -- it was hard (my arms are tired from the drills/swimming this AM) and I sweat a lot but it was also easier for me to get into poses that I had initially struggled with when I started yoga in Aug. I felt really good about that progress! it also stretched out my right hip and right thigh which had been really tight since I slipped yesterday.
