Race four of r/c summer series today at cahuilla creek hot out today course in good shape after the rains I felt o k not great good start and again first three guys unable to stay with them I hung in pretty close with 4th place guy most of the race road well on tech stuff losing time on the climb finished fifth on the day and third overall for the summer series happy about that.all times and millage includes warm up/race.

Headed out to Vail to preride fat tire epic course met up with shrek we got riding by 0900 already warm we did most of the course the back side is brutal and step by this time it was hot over 100 so we crusied it ran into a couple of guys from the oc and meet Jason he was doing some trail work. after returning to the campground we jumped into the pool what a releaf this race is going to be tuff just finish thats my goal just finish.

Went out on the cross bike to the preserve and did two loops and back to Amanda's dads house hot and humid like normal for Florida pushed it a little harder today hard to stay hydrated with the humidity legs felt yesterdays tread mil run.Most likely last workout until we get home on Sunday.

Did a 30 min run on the treadmill at the gym in the afternoon during the thunderstorms with Amanda first run in a long time legs felt good.

Went for a road ride on the cross bike while staying at Amandas dads house in Tampa Florida. There is a local preserve area near the house it has a nice bike path that is about 7 miles around a loop I road over there and did a loop while heading back it started to rain ok it just poured down rain but it was fun.

Went out to vail lake this morning did one loop of fat tire epic course and a liitle extra trying to find the exact course out on the east end good single track but loose and sandy at times with some hike a bike overall very tough course did not feel all that great legs a little flat and tired.
