WUOC Relay - 1st leg with Aoife & Roisin
Couldn't keep up with the main group and had some nice visits to all 3 gaffles on some controls. Picked it up near spectator and improved from there. Happy with my time.

Scared of the forest after Tuesday and this was reflected in my over keen path route to number one. Some mistakes but having been prepared for a 3 hour adventure in the Finnish forest (4 gels and a spare compass in tow) I was pretty happy to be ~90mins. Happy

Fun. No real mistakes but I was aware I was not speedy enough. (Although surprised I wasn't further back) Really happy with the result, potentially my best ever sprint result.

WUOC Middle
Disaster. Wasn't navigating at all today & really struggled to read the map. Direction all over the place and compass spinning in every direction certainly didn't help. Packed it in after eventually finding my way to no.7. Glad I did considering this was only race 2/5 sans rest day.

WUOC Sprint Relay - 1st Leg
Team of me, Paul, Aoife & Roisin. Pretty happy with the result. Knew I wouldn't keep up the pace of the first leg girls but happy enough with my effort.
