This felt pretty grindy, but pace and HR data was fine. Always good to use a combo of all three data points before making an assessment. Hip has been sore doing some of the core exercises the last week weeks, turns out it's iliopsoas tendinopathy, which is a new one for me.
Feeling good on the 16, but then had to take a two-stop strategy on the 8, this took quite sometime so I wasn't able to cut across and get back on the group. So just solo through the 4s and 2s. Lost a lot of momentum, but got it done. Might avoid caffeine next week and see if that helps.
