Back to a loop I did a couple of weeks, the main parts of which are a couple of good climbs, Cooper Lane and Patton Hill, just with the new bike. Got around 16 minutes quicker. Not sure to what extent I was working harder, was aiming for a relaxed pace with the exception of course of the two climbs. Average heart rate was 10 beats higher, but that seems to fluctuate a good bit day to day. So who knows.
