Hot and humid. Busy in the morning so didn't get out until early afternoon. No desire to work hard, nor any need to, so I didn't. :-)

And then took a nap. Been getting up way earlier than needed the last couple of mornings and it was catching up.

Walks continue, plus shoulder exercises every day and pelvic area stuff every other day. 5:30, 5:37 (right after dinner), 10:53 (5:23) to the fork just past the hairpin.
