On the NE side of Mt. Toby, mostly running, walked a few steeper ups. After another night/day of downpours there was water everywhere, slop, slop, slop. Too bad we can't ship it out to Southern California.

Day 1 at Pond Mt. in Kent, CT. Tired, left calf hurt by about #3, but never real bad. Very sore afterwards.

A brisk walk up to the power line and back to try and loosen up a sore calf muscle. Seems to be getting better.

Day 2 at Mendon Ponds. Another good effort, more interesting course. Only bummer was left calf tightened up about halfway around and was hurting pretty good by the time I finished. Routes are posted.

Rochester A Meet at Letchworth West. Feet still a little tender from the rogaine blisters, but didn't bother me much once I got going. Good effort, easy course.
