Couldn't get moving, seemed to be going in slow motion most of the time. Still hesitating too much. Orienteering fine (mistakes <30 seconds), but will power definitely lacking.

Comment -- a very nice weekend produced by CNYO. Technical stuff (map, terrain, courses) was fine. Logistics/organization (very compact start/finish/parking, speedy results, prompt awards, friendly organizers) were outstanding.

Day 1, US Champs. OK (ie. good movement) in places, too much hesitation in others. Reasonably good effort physically. No mistakes.

RF loop, good effort on a warm day (low 80s).

3 x (800@2:59, 400 very slow, 200@37, 400 very slow). Legs moving a little better than expected.
