Pisgah Trail Race. Didn't have good legs, perhaps because I haven't done much training this summer.... :-)
Ten minutes slower than last year, though it was cooler than last year. Not so warm today, about 70, but still pretty high humidity, was sweating a lot. But mainly just going slowly. May this will get me out the door for a little more training.

Actually, I was thinking recently about goals for the fall, and the best I could come up with was to see if I could at least do a mile under 6 minutes. So I think I will put a little effort into that.

Thursday evening group at the track, not so hot but very humid. Supposed to be 3 x (400, 400, 800) plus a final 400, but I cut the last 800 in half. Last 400 was pretty much all out.

91.2, 88.2, 3:02.6, 88.7, 86.9, 3:02.2, 88.2, 87.2, 88.4, 80.5.
