orienteering1:02:15  6.2 km (10:02 / km) shoes: Integrators
Trout Brook Valley. Missed one control as bad as I've done in years (7-8 minutes?), plus a few other small bobbles. Yikes. Only smart move was recognizing that the advertised length (7.1) was probabaly long, and therefore I shouldn't be thinking, well, my time was still pretty decent. 50 minutes would have been decent.

At the track. Didn't feel great, didn't feel like going, didn't feel like running when I got there, felt lousy doing a short warm-up, thought I might quit after the first quarter or two, ended up doing the whole program. You never know. Sure helped to have company.
