Frost trail from Mill River parking -- left turn away from Puffer's (8:18, Juggler Meadow (23:52), back to Puffers (38:14), last bit in 6:35. Working progressively harder, couldn't remember what I (or Phil) had run it in before, so that was motivation (see, if you don't know what the goal is, you have to go faster just in case the goal is faster than you imagined).
Perfect day, 60, low humidity.

Usual Thursday evening group, though not many tonight, very windy after a front went through.

400 - 90.7, 400 - 88.9, 600 - 2:15.3, 800 - 3:05.9, 800 - 3:05.6, 600 - 2:17.8, 400 - 84.9, 400 - 85.4

Felt like each one would be my last, but when the next one started I was still there. The value of a group.

On Poet's Seat Ridge in Greenfield, a regular route in winter, but first time there for a couple of months. Felt better as time went on.

Up to the power line (17:29), Muck/Middle Mt/power line loop (14:11), and back(13:58). Felt sluggish but not terrible. Got to start doing some training.
