| Day 2, another good run, though still about a minute of sloppiness, especially on the next to last control. Good effort again, ran well right to the end, though the running was easier than yesterday, less undergrowth. Hamstring/butt still sore, very sore on the way home.
Yesterday felt more like hard work, today was just fun. I'll post maps tomorrow. | ||

| Batona 500, day 1, Green X course (M60). Pretty good run, maybe a minute or a little more of mistakes. Ran well for about the first 30 minutes, surprisingly well actually. Hamstring/butt a little sore but tolerable. | ||
