So here is what I'm doing, generally all is 16 reps, trying not to strain so I don't hurt anything: Hamstrings 45, leg extensions 80, bench press 60, pullover, whatever it is called 90, triceps press 50, some arm thing, elbows up and out 40, abs 70, curls 50, adductors 60, abductors 70 (or maybe I have them reversed), leg press 170, fly 40, some sort of arm extension 40, lower back 70, upper back 50, rotation, each way 45, triceps 45. Hard to see where the 8 pounds is going to come off of, good as I am looking now. | ||

| Knee still complaining. It would be nice if it calmed down just a little more, so I could venture outside without wondering if it is suddenly going to start hurting when I am a ways from home. But at least the running is feeling a little better. | ||
