To Cefalu. Wandered around the old town a bit, then up the Rocca di Chefalu after lunch. Nice spot (the Rocca, town was pretty ordinary).

A visit to the Montreal cathedral above town, OK, then an outing to the beach north of Palermo. Too much to drink at dinner, though that was not necessarily a bad thing.

Trails north of Eaglebrook, mostly single-track, not particularly hilly. The one I started out on was about right for me, but then they got a little harder, so I was off the bike a number of times, only a couple of times unplanned. Enjoyed it nevertheless. Very slow pace because this stuff is difficult (for me).

Rain moved out and it was a nice sunny afternoon but very windy, so opted for the mountain bike. Up N Mt., down S. Mt. Wet and muddy by the time I was done, mighty fine.
