Mid 40s, N 10-15. Tired legs so meant to take it easy, but it's hard when the dead leaves are motoring along the road in your directions. I suppose I could just go about 5 mph. Managed on the way back to go easy, but by then the wind had calmed a bunch, the leaves were sitting still, so it wasn't the free ride I was expecting.

But to the extent I had any ambitions, just getting out the door satisfied them. :-)

Leverett loop. Had not intended to put out much of an effort as I felt tired and a little sore (been out walking for 3+ hours), but once I got going it just sort of happened. Not complaining.

Almost 50, N about 10 mph. Sun in and out. Pretty nice day.

Typical program, 5 x 6 minutes harder with a couple minutes easier between. Cranked the resistance up at the end of the last one to see if the heart and breathing would get going, and they did.

Surprising enjoyable. Sure helps that the company is excellent.

About 40, N 10 mph, overcast (snowing just to the south but not here). Intended an easy effort, and really did that, with the unexpected consequence that I was cold the whole time, just not generating enough heat. Not seriously cold, just unpleasantly cold.

Guess I need to plan a little better in such cases and put on another layer. Or maybe just pick up the pace for a little bit.

Up along the river a bit. About 40F, N breeze about 10 mph. A little more effort than yesterday.

Sure will be nice when it warms up a little. Though this is still totally tolerable.

Leverett loop, slightly extended to avoid most of 47. Mid to upper 30s, NW 15. Not really cold, but still felt chilly. March is supposed to come in like a lion and go out like a lamb, but so far the lamb is nowhere to be seen.

Relaxed pace planned and relaxed pace executed. So nice that way.
