Sunday Jan 26 #

1 PM

hike with Gail 1:12:15 [1] 4.04 mi (17:53 / mi) +523ft 15:56 / mi

Four Mile Brook Road. Mix of ice and sand/dirt, footing mostly fine, just had to be careful in some spots. 12 minutes faster than 3 months ago. :-)

Saturday Jan 25 #

12 PM

road running 20:38 [3] 2.05 mi (10:04 / mi) +181ft 9:18 / mi
weight:139.5lbs

Well, did two miles without walking, but not sure that bears repeating for a while. Too much of a struggle on the ups. Best to just keep taking walking breaks, because that's what I'd do orienteering (with a lot more walking than running). Just trying to get so I can run some.

Friday Jan 24 #

12 PM

hike with Gail 1:09:50 [3] 4.03 mi (17:21 / mi) +402ft 15:51 / mi

Thursday Jan 23 #

4 PM

run/hike 19:17 [3] 2.02 mi (9:34 / mi) +47ft 9:22 / mi

Mostly flat this time. 6 on, 1 off.

Wednesday Jan 22 #

11 AM

run/hike 21:33 [3] 2.16 mi (9:58 / mi) +160ft 9:19 / mi
weight:138.5lbs

Same as Monday. Not quite so bad on the ups. About 25F, sunny.

Tuesday Jan 21 #

2 PM

hike with Gail 1:10:46 [1] 4.01 mi (17:38 / mi) +396ft 16:08 / mi
weight:139.5lbs

She's getting quicker.

Monday Jan 20 #

3 PM

run/hike 22:00 [3] 2.18 mi (10:06 / mi) +169ft 9:24 / mi
weight:139lbs

A little loop on the back roads along the river, think I saw one car the whole time. :-)

6 on, 1 off. Sure do get tired on even the slightest ups.
