Same loop at Earl's Trails, except did it in the opposite direction as the other three times. Continuing to get a little bit better, able to run a bit more uphill. Mid-50s, bits of rain, very windy. Saw not a soul. :-)

Hoosac Road. Highlight was getting passed by two manure-spreading trucks without getting sprayed. We do live in the country, something I enjoy now more than ever.

Thought I'd see if I could jog up Claybrook. Got the answer -- a definite No -- as soon as I hit the steep part. So I walked a couple of minutes and then ran the rest of the loop. Pretty much OK.

To the center of town and back. Light rain, mid-40s, figured I'd better get it done as the rain looks like it's settling in for the day. Concentrating on running gently, felt OK.

Loop at Earl's Trails, done a couple of times earlier this month (44:27, 42:51). This was better. Tried to do everything -- run, walk, up, down -- at an easier effort. Certainly made it more fun. Only walked about 3 minutes this time, so it was a little quicker too. A nice surprise.

Old Albany Road, from Clarkdale Fruit Farm up to the towers. A really fine route, lots of variety. 10 pedestrians, 3 on bikes, 2 residents chatted to, 2 dogs, all friendly. Oh, and one vehicle.
Did this hike once before, mid-October, same effort. Time then was 1:32:38. Quite an improvement.
