A small step in the direction of Phil's advice (ie. time to HTFU, at least a little), first run since my eye was done, so about 2.5 weeks. Still remembered how to do it, but didn't remember that I'm not supposed to work so hard, especially since there is such a nice alternative, just slow down a little. But got it done, an outcome that was in doubt right up until I headed out the door.
