Pine Nook Road to the end of the short paved section, and back. Lots of walking. But this is still getting some running in, and it is much more tolerable than just running.

biking - dark blue bike 46:43 [2] 10.1 mi (4:38 / mi) +200ft 4:32 / mi

With Gail up along the river and back. Nice day!

For the second time the 245 had a meltdown, though I suppose not as bad a meltdown as the previous time, because I got up over 30,000 feet that time and only up to about 7,800 this time.

And while it shows us crossing the river and bushwhacking our way back south, I'm pretty sure we came back the way we went out. And the bikes aren't wet.

Monday Mar 22 #

3 PM

biking - dark blue bike 55:06 intensity: (1:04 @1) + (43:53 @2) + (10:09 @3) 13.76 mi (4:00 / mi) +279ft 3:56 / mi
ahr:119 max:148 weight:141lbs

First ride in quite a while, not so bad, but feeling like a nap afterwards. Beautiful day, sunny, 60s, S 5 mph.
