Recon of the 20k of Lausanne with a girl from the running group. I very much dislike running on asphalt, and 2h on asphalt is way too much for a long, long time. My ankle got twisted after 15k and my achilles was sore and slightly painful at the end of the jog. Kind of ironic considering the 100k and 7000D+ of the weekend with no pain...
