I went with my father to the Parcours Mesuré on the heights of Neuchâtel, it was raining cats and dogs. At first, I wanted to go for a 4km run, but I came across a lovely path going uphill, and then I ran halfway to Chaumont... Lol.

I went climbing with some friends from university during lunch break. I don't know what I did while climbing, but my arm started hurting a lot, I felt pain for 2 hours.

Yay! It's been a long time since I've ran 40' without experiencing any pain. Today I ran from Home to Corcelles-Peseux Railstation, then down to Auvernier, ran close to the lake, then uphill (100m) back home. I didn't feel any pain while running nor after. I felt I was a bit tired, mainly on the knees and on the front of the tibia. Me am happy :)

It seems I can run more than 20' at a time, the new limit is now the pain, I have to stop as soon as the pain appears. I can also start orienteering again, but only a bit (10-20% intensity+duration).

I went running directly after arriving from Neuchâtel. Really good weather conditions, I ran on the dry road. I ran from the chalet to the restaurant, from the restaurant to the next U-Turn, back to the restaurant, again to the U-Turn, back to the chalet, up again to the U-Turn and back to the chalet again.

It was really nice to have a good feeling during the uphill running and also to feel the feet not hitting the ground to hard each step. I didn't feel any pain in the calf or the malleolus.

Long time not climbed, I was ashamed of what I'd lost. Still, after 60', some movements were getting better and, thanks to the winter strength training, I didn't have to start everything from the beginning again. Being only able to climb what beginners can climb sure hurts.
