Climbed one hour in Beauregard. They left the routes from the contest, which means there aren't many easy routes anymore. The warming-up suddenly got way harder than before...

Note

Climbing 2h in Laufen, it was fun but I did loose quite a bit of core and finger strength. I am not used to climb anymore... Claudine was really happy to be able to climb again, I guess we're going to climb a bit more now that her knee isn't hurting too much.
