Picking up the controls some controls of the first loop in le Sauget, and the first four contols of the downhill. Had to wait for 5' at the top of the downhill to ensure that no athlete was to run it before picking up controls. I did controls 1 to 4 with an athlete and we ran extensively to the finish.

3hours in Le Cube, Renens, while it was raining cats and dogs outside. Managed to end up with 3 steaks on my fingers, but stopped early enough to avoid the 4th one.
