Feeling really tired after having watched the 10mila all night long, it was raining cats and dogs when I started my jog. I went for the usual tour Serroue-Valangin-Voie Révolutionnaire.

After the warming-up, we had to run uphill for 250m of denivellation. I felt really exhausted and tried to stay in a comfort zone during the run, which was already quite hard for my legs. It was surprising how different it felt from the longjog on sunday, where I also began by 250+m denivellation without any problems.

After the uphill, we had a downhill orienteering training. I started without any running concept so I screwed up pretty much all the training. Definitely not happy with what I did.
