2x10x30''-30'' at les Cadolles. My father wanted to do the 8km track, so I went with him and ran my intervals no too far from the parking.
I really enjoyed the first serie and tried to push harder in the second one. The 9th interval of the 2nd serie was really though, uphill (20m in 30''). When I finished my intervals, I felt pain in my left calf, on the inside of the leg. I already felt the pain yesterday...
