Interval training with Sebastian in Lamoura. The concept was one had to set the control a, the other set the control b, and then the first had to run to the control b and back to the finish and the other to the control a and head back to finish. Pretty interesting, but to work both runners had to set the control right, which didn't happen on 2 legs (over 6).

Orienteering 51:43 [3]

4x10'-ish contour line (höhenkurve) trainings. I started with a loop without any paths, it was pretty easy, then 2 loops contour line and a corridor training.
