I went running right after arriving in Neuchâtel. I went really easy, not pushing at all. Still this weird feeling in the left calf, but no pain in the right one except when pressuring it.

I went running from the Chalet, did a little uphill tour. No pain in the right calf, except when pressuring it. I still feel some sort of pain in the left calf, but on the front. Pretty weird

I went running for the first in a week, and it felt pretty good. It didn't feel any pain in the right calf, it only seemed a bit heavy. I went slowly to Corcelles-Peseux train station and I didn't except the heart rate to be that high.
I can still feel pain this morning in my calf when pressuring it so I won't be going to badminton tomorrow afternoon. Good news is, the pain isn't focused, it's more diffuse in the calf and it doesn't hurt as much as yesterday when pressured. Yay?
