Course de l'escalade. I decided to go easy on the two first laps, feeling good, not pushing at all. My goal was to stay on the same pace for the two first laps, with a slight acceleration on the second, and push harder on the last. Just as yesterday, awesome feeling just to run :D

Really enjoyed the music from the aquagym in the small pool, it was filling the silence and made time pass by faster :)

Awesome session, I managed to finish two red routes I was working on, plus progress on the other ones. As always, the tip of my fingers hurts, not the best thing to do before writing :) Again, only counting 50% of the real time.
