Again, "back gymnastic" with university. It still hasn't gotten any easier but it feels really good each time. Today with worked with a small medecin ball. We could choose between working with a light and a heavy one - I took the heavy one for my first time doing this serie of exercises, of course, that wasn't such a good idea.
