15' 80% VMA. I was supposed to run the interval at an average speed of 13.4. I started on a slightly faster pace for the first five minutes. As everything was going smoothly, I proceeded to continue at the same pace. I ran the 3000m in 12.30 without pushing too hard, which is the same time I ran two years ago - also 1'10'' faster than last year, but that was shit. For the last 4 minutes, I pushed over 15kmh and kept gradually increasing until the end. Really good feeling! Loving it

Usual strength training with university. It still amazes me how hard it sometimes is. You think you'd be used to it by now, but no.

On another topic, the Ultimate trainings have been moved from wednesday to thursday, and from now on we'll be training outside twice a week - tuesdays and thursdays. I'm looking forward to two extra "interval" sessions :)

2x5x300m in 64''. 62 - 62 - 60 - 61 - 58, 3' pause, 59 - 62 - 63 - 63 - 58.
I noticed after the first 300m of the second serie that I was running slightly to fast, therefore I slowed down my pace. A bit harder than on saturday because I was slightly tired, but still, not too much of a problem.
