6x6' with 2'30" pause. Maybe that was too much? I couldn't possibly know, but I probably didn't eat enough before leaving. The last interval was a bit much, and I had the same pain (bit more accute) than the last two days after the intervals...

Running up to the Reservoir, 4' of running drills and cool down from the top of the hill

4x2' + 3' uphill with 1' pause between each interval. Felt tired from the beginning, but it wore out while running.
