The goal of the training was:
- Warm up to Mte Bré and to the other side (with view on the lake)
- Run intervals in the forest above the lake
- Run back to Lugano
I didn't even finish the warm-up, felt like s*** on the uphill so I stopped to take a break and couldn't run further. The reasonable decision seemed to be to go back home, which is what I did.
Having felt pain in the torso during the downhill during ViToDoJo, I tried to breath on a "2 in - 4 out" (or 3 out, depending) during the whole downhill to see how this would change and how fast I could run downhill. Turns out, pretty fast, but probably not fast enough yet. I also probably wasn't such a good idea to do that, but still, now I know how to get rid of this pain. Hopefully I will be able to apply this during the Scenic next saturday (13.06)!
