Pretty happy with the training, I managed to improve my times on the downhill of the training. I ran with a female trail runner and a french PhD student preparing the 10k next weekend. We had a similar pace, the guy was very stable but the girl had trouble pacing herself. On the last intervals I increased the tempo and took the lead. Pretty great feeling on the last 400m!
