The workload, stress and lack of physical/mental rest due to the thesis can be felt now that everything's done. The intervals were planned for yesterday, but I felt somewhat weak after the presentation on wednesday, so I skipped the session and planned on doing it today. Not a great feeling upon leaving, but the weather was pretty nice! I had to fight mentally to get motivate to even start the session, which is never a good sign, and I didn't think I'd have the mental strength to go through 2x12'...

In the end the intervals went pretty well, but I'm far for a decent speed and there's a lot of work to be done!

The beginning of the warm-up was pretty tough as I didn't feel really well and feared I was getting slightly sick. In the end, the intervals went pretty well and I managed to run relatively close to the desired pace.
