Very, very technical and tough. Died with the amount of climb

On no. 1 got a dead leg. went up wrong re-entrant - lost 3 mins
No. 5 and 6 mucked up - lost 5 mins
No. 9, got totally lost - lost about 10 mins.
The rest ran quite quickly and cleanly.

Running V. Slowly - Men's Open

Main mistake - No. 2 went the wrong side of a hill and went off course.

I learnt a lot about this type of terrain.

Not doing much training as don't want to risk an injury in peak race season - will resume proper training just after the British - 8th/9th May.
