Orientering (Stoodley Pike) 1:07:24 [5] 6.1 km (11:03 / km) +285m 8:57 / km

EPOC - Stoodley Pike Regional Selection Race
First 15 controls quite good, not very quick at the beginning - tough terrain, but no big mistakes. Caught up Jordan Webster by 8 - got a bit distracted. Within a few minutes of the leaders.
15-16 very long leg. - no obvious routechoice. I contoured - no real attack point or plan. Stopped about 50m short of the control and couldn't relocate. Lost about 7mins.
Then 17 and 18 were fine.
No. 19 - down hill, distracted by Jordan - overshot and looked for control too low and couldn't find it. In the end, went back to the top and went down slowly. Lost 6/7 mins.
The rest was fin.
