went to orienteering at te mata. Thought id give it a try, but the knee and foot started hurting so decided id stop part way through.

4 sets of 5 minutes Hard as possible. 2 mins rest between each set.

some stretching and stregth stuff then into the main stuff.
Bounding on boxes.
Knee quite tender from my year of playing club handball in Norway. Should come right one day. (i hope)

I have to say probably the worst ive ever done at any orienteering event. The running was actually quite good but I just kept running all over the show hardly ever looking at the map. Never even planned any of my routes. Went to a couple of the controls twice without even realising it. Completely missed a couple without punching them. It was like I was asleep. Got a little bloody from the blackberry. So embarrassing really. I must have been sicker than I thought I was cos I really dont know how it was possible to do that bad. Oh well, next will be better (well you cant really get much worse). Sick yesterday. went for a run this morning, felt pretty shit on the run today aswell.

Just a little road bike for a warm down. into a hearty headwind.
